At My Wellness ID, we're transforming chronic disease management and clinical research with real-time, AI-driven health insights and health summaries. Our mobile app syncs effortlessly with your wearable device, integrates your electronic health records, and generates AI assessments—giving you a complete, personalized view of your health right at your fingertips.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website who view only publicly-available content ("Visitors"), customers who have signed up to access and use the Platform (the "Customers"), and Customer's employees and contractors authorized by Customer to access and use the Platform ("Authorized Users").

We keep your health data only while you use the app. When you delete your account, all your health data is permanently deleted immediately from our systems.

This action will result in immediate and permanent deletion of all your health data.

Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
